Paper Costume




This activity will help the child develop his creativity and imagination, motor skills, and identify different community helpers


Materials

Manila Paper or newspaper
Coloring materials such as crayons or colored marker
scissors
glue

Procedure

1. Fold the manila paper in half and draw the basic costume pattern.

2. Be sure to make the curved line large enough to fit on the head.

3. Cut along the lines.

4. Draw on the paper the specific costume you want to make. (e.g doctor, fireman, teacher, etc.) Color with crayons and paint.

5. Let the paint dry completely before using the costume.
